PTS provides a support team for your company as your telecommunications needs change throughout your partnership with us. There are two departments on this team. The Training & Applications Department will assign a representative as your single point of contact for questions on design, applications, advice on call processing, engineering and will help coordinate any needed training. The PTS Service Department will handle any hardware failures that may occur throughout the life of your system. All of our field technicians are factory certified and highly skilled on each piece of equipment we sell. Also, on staff are Novell and NT certified technicians to help with the integration of LANs to the telecommunications systems. Once we become your "Integrated Service Provider," we will guide you through the obstacles that lie ahead in managing all of your communications needs for voice, fax, data, and video for total connectivity to the outside world. |
