Integrated Service Provider . . .

Since 1983 PTS has conscientiously positioned itself as an "Integrated Service Provider" to our clients. Our definition of "Integrated Service Provider" is: "Being clearly aware of our clients’ goals and operational practices and aligning ourselves to provide telecommunications solutions to meet the demands of their businesses on all levels from traditional telephone systems to fully integrated CTI platforms."

The industry of telecommunications has continued to become significantly more difficult to manage. The number of new services available has increased your options to the point where you need experienced guides who can consider these options to help navigate the best course of action for your business. Most companies with 500 or more employees have some form of telecommunications management or department, but those with fewer are left to manage their telecommunications; this is where being a vendor is not enough.

Telecommunications is a highly fragmented industry made up of independent sales and service providers. Traditionally, the industry as a whole has been unable to deliver a high level of support to the client who buys a phone system, with the exception of a traditional break-fix-it relationship. The "Integrated Service Provider" falls outside the traditional relationship by being more than just your vendor. PTS has the ability and knowledge to manage all your telecommunications needs and decisions. We have custom packages to deliver total management solutions to your company’s specific telecommunications needs, including the basic hardware infrastructures on which to build.

"Integrated Service Provider" is our way of saying that we "specialize" in how we support your telecommunications needs and we operate "in the know" of technology, on the "front of the curve" and not behind it. Buying a telephone system is just the beginning, not the end. Partnering with PTS as your "Integrated Service Provider" is a clear path to the technology "on ramp."
